Alex Vaughn is an R&B artist known for her rich, honest songwriting and commitment to constant growth. Hailing from Maryland, Vaughn’s journey in music began as a child when she transitioned from sprinting to her grandmother’s piano after baths to formal classical and jazz piano lessons by age five. Although trained in these genres, her heart was always drawn to R&B.

Vaughn’s career gained momentum in 2017 when she started posting covers on Instagram and Twitter, which led to notable performances at venues like The Kennedy Center and The Fillmore, as well as opening for artists like K. Michelle and Eric Bellinger. Her big break came during the pandemic when she caught the attention of LVRN through an Instagram Live talent show. In 2021, Vaughn signed with LVRN/Interscope, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Her first release under the label, "Mirage," is a hypnotizing reflection on a toxic situationship, and she has continued to build on her success with projects like The Hurtbook. Known for seamlessly blending her classically trained musicianship with raw emotional expression, Vaughn uses her platform to inspire others by showcasing her vulnerability and self-belief.
